This is not a joke.  I was talking with a friend of mine this morning, that works in the Mortgage Industry, and he gave me a brief run down on it.  There are income limits (I believe $70,000) and purchase price limits (I believe $225,000).  We did not get into detail, as I am not in the Mortgage industry.
